Back End Developer
HYRED, a leading HR solutions provider, is hiring a remote AI Backend Engineer for its client Jesselton Capital, a venture studio specializing in innovative B2B tech solutions across Southeast Asia. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, this fully remote role offers the chance to work closely with the CEO on high-impact AI initiatives. Core responsibilities include developing web and mobile apps with backend architecture, integrating AI tools and APIs, building automation agents, and contributing to AI model testing and optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO on day-to-day tasks and high-priority AI projects.
- Utilize AI to build mobile and web applications, with hands-on work across backend development, databases, APIs, and AI integration.
- Build AI agents and automation tools using Python, APIs, and platforms like n8n, Zapier, etc.
- Research, develop, and optimize prompts to enhance the efficiency of using AI tools and AI language models like GPT, and document findings to evaluate and benchmark AI capabilities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and enhancing model performance through prompt iteration, testing, and backend integration.
- Contribute to AI-driven product development by exploring innovative use cases and applications for AI within the company.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in software development with a backend and AI focus.
- Strong backend programming skills (Python, Next.js, etc.) and backend frameworks, with experience using AI tools to improve coding efficiency.
- Experience with cloud platforms, strong database design, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of LLMs and automation tools (e.g., LangChain, vector databases, n8n).
- Experience with testing, website security, and understanding of frontend technologies is a plus.
