Clearer.io tuyển dụng vị trí cho đội ngũ kiểm thử phần mềm với hình thức toàn thời gian, làm việc remote từ bất kỳ đâu tại Việt Nam. Công việc xoay quanh việc thực thi các ca kiểm thử thủ công, phối hợp cùng dev, quản lý lỗi trên Jira, đảm bảo chất lượng các ứng dụng SaaS. Ứng viên nhận nhiều quyền lợi: nhận MacBook, 20 ngày phép, bonus cuối năm, wellness allowance, và tham gia các sự kiện nội bộ thú vị.
Yêu cầu gồm: ứng viên tốt nghiệp CNTT/Kỹ thuật, có 0-1 năm kinh nghiệm QA, hiểu biết về kiểm thử phần mềm, thao tác tốt với Jira, Xray, Qase, Excel và giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt. Ứng viên sẽ thực hành quy trình kiểm thử hiện đại theo Agile và có cơ hội nâng cao kỹ năng quốc tế cũng như chuyên môn cùng đội ngũ đa dạng.

Your Impact:
As an Associate QA Engineer I, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse testing projects, collaborating with experienced engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for software testing to grow their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute manual test cases to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Report and track software defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Document and maintain test cases, and test results in test case management tools (e.g., Xray for Jira, Qase).
- Conduct smoke, regression, and exploratory testing for cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Follow Agile development practices, attending stand-ups and participating in sprint activities.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent and 0-1 years of relevant experience is required. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience with e-commerce and with specific experience of Shopify a plus!
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile SDLC and cloud-based applications.
- Experience with test case management tools like Xray for Jira , Qase, or Excel.
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as Jira.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
