About the Role

Global Vantage Innovative Group (GVig) is expanding its direct presence in Vietnam and is seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Assistant Trade Marketing Manager/ Trade Marketing Manager to lead brand building efforts in the local market. This foundational role within the new VN entity involves being the guardian and voice of the professional skincare portfolio in the Vietnamese market.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Brand Strategy & Localization
2. Trade Marketing & Lead Generation (B2B Focus)
3. Digital Marketing & Community Building (B2C Focus)
4. Events & Education Support
5. Market Intelligence & Analysis

The Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience: 3-5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the beauty, skincare, or aesthetics industry in Vietnam. Digital Native, B2B & B2C Savvy, Creative & Analytical, Strong Network, Language Skills: Fluent in Vietnamese & English, Entrepreneurial Spirit.
