Bạn sẽ tham gia thiết kế, phát triển hệ thống hội thoại đa agent, xây dựng backend bằng Python, Java, Node.js, Golang, ứng dụng NLP, triển khai trên nền tảng cloud và Kubernetes. [Hanoi] AI Engineer – Conversational AI & Application Development
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative AI Engineer who excels in collaboration and is passionate about creating value through AI-driven solutions in the healthcare sector. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in Conversational AI and multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, along with modern Cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, IAM, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build multi-agent conversational systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, ADK, or similar.
- Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to define user journeys, agent capabilities, and system integration points.
- Develop robust and scalable backend services and APIs (Python/Golang/Node.js/Java) to power AI agents and orchestration workflows.
- Apply advanced NLP techniques, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM fine-tuning for intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
- Deploy and operate conversational workloads on serverless or Kubernetes (GKE) environments following DevOps best practices and IAM security standards.
- Utilize BigQuery for large-scale data analysis, model training, and performance evaluation.
- Build interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to visualize KPIs, model performance, and business insights.
- Integrate conversational systems with enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, Databases) and third-party APIs.
- Implement observability, evaluation, and monitoring for agent performance (latency, accuracy, hallucination rate) using Arize Phoenix, Langfuse, and LangSmith.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and high performance.
- Document technical designs, architectures, and model specifications for internal reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following backend languages/frameworks: Python, Java, Node.js, Golang.
- Strong foundation in AI, NLP, and Machine Learning; prior experience with LLMs or conversational systems is a plus.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Good command of English communication skills.
