AI Engineer

Expectation for the role

As an AI Engineer, you will:

• Harness vast datasets of conversational data to build and refine LLMs and other models for advanced semantic understanding, text analysis, and summarization.
• Architect sophisticated, graph-based agentic RAG systems to enhance information retrieval and knowledge synthesis.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate user needs into innovative AI-driven features.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines, from data acquisition and processing to model deployment and API integration, within cloud-based environments.
• Conduct cutting-edge research and experimentation to continuously improve our AI capabilities.

Must Have Requirements

• Graduated from a top Vietnamese university (HCMUT, HCMUS, HUST, UIT, etc.) and/ or a top university around the world.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in developing and deploying ML solutions, particularly those involving LLMs, semantic search, or recommendation systems.
• Strong expertise in natural language processing, including semantic understanding, text similarity analysis, clustering, and sentiment analysis.
• Familiarity with domain-driven design and distributed system architectures.
• A proactive, experimental mindset with a focus on rapid prototyping and iterative development.
• A first-principles approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to challenge assumptions.
• A passion for continuous learning and a desire to explore new technologies and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy), and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).

Language: Working-level proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with networked multi-GPU systems
• Experience with DGL and data visualizations

Monthly Salary Range

Minimum from 1,700 USD Gross/Month

Note

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, but it will be structured as a contractor role.

Devices: You will be expected to use your own computer to perform the work.
