Senior Solana Web3 Developer - Build the Future on High-Performance Blockchain

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Solana Web3 Developer to join our cutting-edge team building high-performance decentralized applications on the Solana ecosystem. You'll architect custom cross-chain bridges, develop innovative NFT platforms, and create lightning-fast dApps that leverage Solana's industry-leading transaction speeds and low fees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy sophisticated dApps on the Solana blockchain using Rust and Anchor framework
• Design and implement custom cross-chain bridges connecting Solana to other blockchain networks
• Build innovative NFT marketplaces, minting platforms, and creator tools
• Integrate Phantom wallet and other Solana-native wallets for seamless user experiences
• Optimize program performance and minimize transaction costs on Solana
• Collaborate with product teams to translate complex requirements into scalable blockchain solutions
• Conduct security audits and implement best practices for Solana program development
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture decisions

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of blockchain development experience with 2+ years specifically on Solana
• Expert-level proficiency in Rust programming and Solana's program architecture
• Extensive experience with Anchor framework and Solana CLI tools
• Proven track record building and deploying custom cross-chain bridges
• Deep knowledge of NFT standards on Solana (Metaplex) and marketplace development
• Experience with Phantom wallet integration and Solana Web3.js library
• Strong understanding of Solana's account model, rent exemption, and program derived addresses (PDAs)
• Experience with Solana development tools (Anchor, Solana CLI, SPL Token program)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Wormhole, Allbridge, or other cross-chain bridge protocols
• Knowledge of Solana DeFi protocols (Serum, Raydium, Jupiter)
• Familiarity with compressed NFTs and Solana's state compression
• Experience with Solana Mobile Stack and Saga phone development
• Previous work on high-volume NFT projects or gaming dApps
• Contributions to Solana ecosystem open-source projects
• Understanding of MEV and transaction optimization on Solana
