Glo tuyển dụng kỹ sư web làm việc remote toàn thời gian cùng đội ngũ công nghệ tại TP. HCM. Bạn sẽ phát triển giao diện web với Strapi CMS, tối ưu tốc độ, mở rộng và chuẩn SEO, đồng thời phối hợp với các team API & Engineering. Môi trường năng động, thân thiện, có yoga mỗi ngày và nhiều phúc lợi hấp dẫn.
Yêu cầu có 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển web frontend, thành thạo JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ưu tiên hiểu sâu về Strapi và SEO kỹ thuật. Cần kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và làm việc nhóm tốt.

Position Overview
Glo’s Web Engineer plays a critical role in fulfilling Glo’s mission to create intelligent tools that challenge people to live fulfilling lives. They are responsible for building and maintaining the web application—from layout to function—ensuring alignment with project specifications. The Web Engineer works closely with the API & Services team and the Engineering Manager to complete projects effectively.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Build user-facing web interfaces using CMS-driven content using Strapi
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance
- Deliver high-quality, reusable, and modular code and sharable components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining both front-end web projects
- Excellent proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with CMS platforms—especially Strapi
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices (technical SEO, on-page structure, performance optimization)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to develop ideas, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively
- Confidence in making technical decisions that influence application architecture
