Yêu cầu ứng viên có kinh nghiệm QC trong lĩnh vực truy vấn tìm kiếm/AI, khả năng chú ý chi tiết nổi bật, hiểu rõ quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng và sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Việt. Ứng viên cần sẵn sàng đánh giá tuân theo các hướng dẫn chi tiết và có thể đưa ra phản hồi cải thiện chất lượng cho các chuyên gia đánh giá khác.

Description: 🛡️ Vietnamese QC Specialists Needed – AI Search Quality Project 🇵🇹AI work is only as good as the humans checking it. That’s where QC comes in. We’re looking for experienced Vietnamese-speaking QC (Quality Control) specialists to audit and validate Query Vetting, Side-by-Side (SxS), and EQR (Extended Query Review) tasks for a large-scale AI search quality program. If you enjoy spotting mistakes others miss — welcome aboard.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform QC audits on completed Query Vetting tasks
- Review SxS and EQR evaluations for accuracy and consistency
- Ensure adherence to guidelines, rubrics, and rating scales
- Identify errors, bias, or misinterpretation of user intent
- Provide structured feedback to improve evaluator quality
You're a Strong Fit If You:
- Are native or fluent in Vietnamese
- Have prior experience in search relevance / query vetting / EQR / SxS
- Understand QC workflows, audits, and quality benchmarks
- Have excellent attention to detail (borderline obsessive — in a good way)
- Are comfortable making judgment calls backed by guidelines
