Job Overview

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with a specialization in email marketing design and push notifications to join our team. The role is focused on adaptation, meaning you will work within existing design frameworks and templates to optimize marketing assets for various campaigns. Proficiency in Stripo and experience designing for email marketing and push notifications are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt existing email templates and push notifications to align with different campaign requirements, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
• Work within Stripo and other email design platforms to create visually compelling and responsive email designs.
• Optimize UX/UI elements for email and push notification formats, ensuring clear call-to-actions (CTAs), readability, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, CRM teams, and developers to refine email layouts and push notification designs.
• Implement A/B testing best practices to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met for all designs.
• Stay updated with email design trends, best practices, and platform limitations to optimize deliverability and performance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an agency setting or with a focus on digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing email and push notification designs.
• Proficiency in Stripo (or similar email design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio).
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
• Experience in designing for responsive and mobile-first email layouts.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
