Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- User Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, understand their needs, and deliver personalized support.
- Event Planning: Design and organize exclusive VIP events, seminars, and AMA sessions.
- Market Analysis: Study market trends, identify potential high-net-worth clients in the crypto space, and develop targeted growth strategies.
- User Insights: Monitor and analyze data related to VIP users to drive data-driven growth, optimize conversion funnels, and deeply understand crypto users' needs to inform product development through detailed requirement documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and other teams to ensure VIP clients' needs are promptly addressed.
- SOP Optimization: Collect and analyze VIP user feedback to refine service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Over 2 years of experience in VIP or user operations, with a background in crypto, finance, or technology industries preferred.
- Experience in social media community management and article writing skills are a plus.
- In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market and familiarity with exchange user operations.
- Excellent communication skills, strong project management capabilities, and team collaboration spirit.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle complex client needs.
- Fluent in Chinese and English is a must; proficiency in Russian or other languages is a plus.
