User Acquisition Manager at Mindstorm Studios (Vietnam - Remote)

Role Description: This is a full-time remote position for professionals in Vietnam. As a User Acquisition Manager at Mindstorm, you will be responsible for attracting new users, defining marketing strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing data. Collaborating closely with development, design, and production teams, you will ensure effective campaign execution and goal achievement. Ideal candidates are strong problem solvers, excellent communicators, and detail-oriented with a deep understanding of the gaming industry and user acquisition tools.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage user acquisition campaigns across multiple games.
• Develop and implement acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet business goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI through data-driven insights.
• Drive A/B and multivariate testing to enhance performance.
• Identify and target key user segments across various channels.
• Develop high-level creative strategies and collaborate on monetization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuously enhance UA workflows.
• Manage UA budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
• Stay proactive in following industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong growth mindset with the willingness to learn and progress.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with iOS and Android platforms is a plus.
• Strong time management and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects adaptably.
• Understanding of team dynamics and UA metrics.
• Experience with analytics and attribution tools.
• Gaming industry experience is beneficial.
