UI-UX Designer
Vị trí này thuộc LTS Group, doanh nghiệp chuyên cung cấp dịch vụ gia công CNTT hàng đầu Việt Nam. Công việc full-time remote với mức lương hấp dẫn từ 1,500 – 3,000 USD NET/tháng, ưu tiên ứng viên tại Hà Nội. Bạn sẽ đảm nhận thiết kế UI/UX cho các ứng dụng web và di động, phát triển wireframe, prototype, phối hợp cùng PM và developer, duy trì guideline thiết kế, cải tiến sản phẩm dựa trên phản hồi thực tế.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có 4-6+ năm kinh nghiệm trong UI/UX hoặc product design, giỏi Figma, sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ AI như ChatGPT, Gemini, có portfolio web-app mạnh và khả năng tiếng Anh tốt. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm trong lĩnh vực legal-tech hoặc SaaS. Quy trình tuyển dụng gồm 2-3 vòng phỏng vấn.

Description
DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our web-based applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience in product design, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to create intuitive, modern, and user-focused digital experiences. Experience in legal-tech is a strong plus.
- Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications based on user needs and project requirements.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic goals.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design assets.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and evolving project requirements.
Requirements
Must Have
- 4–6+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
- Strong portfolio focused on web-app design.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) for ideation, content, or workflow improvement.
- Ability to work independently and lead design decisions.
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal-tech or professional service platforms.
- Familiarity with data-heavy or workflow-based SaaS products.
