Yêu cầu ứng viên có 1–3+ năm kinh nghiệm thực tế ở TikTok Shop Seller Center, thành thạo tiếng Anh, giỏi xử lý nhiều tài khoản cùng lúc, có khả năng sử dụng bảng tính, các quy trình và hồ sơ SOP, cùng kỹ năng tổ chức xuất sắc. Kinh nghiệm trong môi trường agency hoặc thương mại điện tử là điểm cộng.

Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find a TikTok Shop Specialist to manage backend TikTok Shop operations across multiple brands. This role is execution-focused, non–client-facing, and requires exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and operational discipline. You will be responsible for the daily management of TikTok Shop Seller Centers for up to five brands, ensuring smooth backend performance and strict compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate TikTok Shop Seller Center backend across multiple brand accounts (up to 5).
- Handle product listing setup and optimization, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and variants.
- Manage order processing, returns, fulfillment workflows, and cancellations.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- Set up and manage promotions, discounts, vouchers, and flash sales.
- Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop rules and resolve backend issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot listing errors, fulfillment issues, policy flags, and account-level concerns.
- Maintain accurate brand-wise trackers, reports, and SOP documentation.
- Collaborate internally with account managers, media buyers, and creative teams.
- Stay current with platform updates, new features, and policy changes.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 1–3+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop Seller Center experience.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop backend workflows and operations.
- Experience managing multiple TikTok Shop accounts simultaneously.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Strong problem-solving ability with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and SOPs.
- Ability to manage high-volume tasks with exceptional accuracy.
- Proficient in English (written & verbal).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in a TikTok Shop agency environment.
- Familiarity with eCommerce operations, fulfillment, and logistics.
- Experience supporting high-growth or high-volume TikTok Shops.
- Process improvement or SOP documentation experience.
