Vị trí kỹ sư hỗ trợ kỹ thuật thuộc Asiatek Consulting Vietnam, cho phép làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam theo hợp đồng 1 năm, giờ hành chính từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu và có thể trực cuối tuần. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm giám sát hệ thống, xử lý sự cố cơ bản, báo cáo trạng thái, và phối hợp với các nhóm kỹ thuật nâng cao khi cần thiết.

Yêu cầu ứng viên có 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, thành thạo các công cụ giám sát như Grafana, Kibana, CloudWatch, Zabbix, sử dụng tiếng Anh trung cấp để cập nhật và báo cáo, và sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca. Ứng viên cần chủ động, có trách nhiệm và chú ý chi tiết khi làm việc độc lập từ xa.

Technical Support Engineer (1-year contract)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Remote)

Job Description

Working Hours: Remote work within the Vietnam timezone from 8 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Friday) with potential weekend shifts.

Number of Positions: 2

Contract Duration: 12 months contract

English Proficiency: Proficient in speaking and listening

Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide monitoring services and basic technical support for their operations. This role focuses on system dashboard monitoring, issue identification, problem escalation, and ensuring smooth system operations. Candidates must have effective communication skills in English and be willing to work on weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor system dashboards and alerts to ensure system stability and availability.
  • Identify, log, and escalate incidents following standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Perform basic incident resolution and provide Level 1 technical support.
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams when advanced technical support is required.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on system status, alerts, and incident summaries.
  • Participate in weekend shifts as per the schedule.
  • Maintain timely communication and updates for all relevant parties in English.
  • Adhere to operational guidelines and maintain comprehensive documentation records.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support/System Monitoring/IT Operations, or related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of system monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, CloudWatch, Zabbix, etc.).
  • Understanding of application logs, alerts, and incident handling processes.
  • Basic knowledge of networking and infrastructure is advantageous.
  • Ability to identify anomalies on system dashboards and report accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • English proficiency: Intermediate level or above (for updates and daily reporting).
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekend support.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.
