We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop business pipelines aligned with Country Target direction.

  • Manage and support distributors to achieve sales growth targets through training, joint customer visits, performance reviews, and solution support.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrating the differentiation and value proposition of Diversey’s Water Solutions and water treatment products/services.

  • Work closely with distributors to support customers by providing dispenser installation, commissioning, equipment maintenance and calibration, as well as water treatment testing, analysis, and troubleshooting.

  • Execute all sales activities, including account correspondence, contracts, orders, stock management, and new business implementation within the designated customer portfolio.

  • Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations.

  • Work with existing customers and prospects to identify and deliver solutions that meet their sales and service needs.

  • Manage swimming pool and industrial water treatment applications, including routine water testing for cooling water, chilled water, boiler water, RO Plant, and wastewater treatment systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, distributor management, customer service, or account leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical) — or a related discipline with working knowledge of swimming pool systems, cooling towers, steam boilers, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis, and wastewater treatment systems.

  • Proven sales and interpersonal skills, with strong business acumen and relationship management ability.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently (after proper training), demonstrating initiative and a proactive mindset.

  • Customer-centric and solution-oriented, able to identify customer needs and translate them into practical and profitable business solutions.
