Vai trò này cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật bán hàng, tư vấn giải pháp cho khách hàng trong lĩnh vực HVAC tại Hà Nội (làm remote). Nhân sự được đào tạo sản phẩm, tham gia dự án lớn, phối hợp cùng các đội nhóm khu vực/châu lục. Công việc bao gồm:hỗ trợ kỹ thuật bán hàng, xây dựng mối quan hệ khách hàng, thuyết trình kỹ thuật, đọc hiểu bản vẽ và tài liệu dự án, phối hợp giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật phức tạp. Lương thưởng cạnh tranh theo năng lực.

Ứng viên cần tốt nghiệp đại học liên quan cơ khí/HVAC, hiểu về hệ thống điều hòa, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm bán hàng kỹ thuật, sử dụng tốt MS Office, giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt, có khả năng làm việc độc lập, đọc hiểu tiếng Anh kỹ thuật. Sẵn sàng đi công tác hiện trường khi cần.

Technical Sales Engineer at TROX Malaysia - Hanoi, Hanoi, Vietnam (Remote)

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will provide technical sales support and solution consultancy for customers and distribution partners. You will support projects throughout the full lifecycle, from tender and design stages to execution and after-sales support. This role offers strong technical and commercial development opportunities, including product training, exposure to prestigious projects, and collaboration with regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer outreach and market research
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, developers, and investors
  • Support sales activities through customer meetings, technical presentations, and product introductions
  • Provide technical consultation on HVAC applications, air distribution systems, and system solutions
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and tender requirements to select appropriate products and develop compliant, optimized solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams, factories, and technical specialists to resolve complex or non-standard technical issues
  • Prepare, review, and submit technical and tender-related documentation
  • Participate in contract discussions, site visits, troubleshooting, and provide after-sales technical support when required
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks with a proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Building Services, or related discipline
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems and air distribution products; HVAC market knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in technical sales, application engineering, or project support is an advantage
  • Commercial mindset with sales capability
  • Ability to review technical documents and communicate solutions clearly
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM, selection tools, or ERP experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Basic to intermediate English for technical communication and documentation
  • Willingness to learn and travel to project sites when required
