Vị trí lãnh đạo kỹ thuật tại Eastgate Software, làm việc từ xa có giám sát Waka Monitor, thời hạn 3,5–4 tháng, bán thời gian (16–24h/tuần). Bạn sẽ giám sát đội phát triển offshore, đánh giá code, kiến trúc Next.js, AWS, và đảm bảo quy trình UAT đạt chuẩn FDA/TGA. Dự án tập trung vào đo lường stress bằng thiết bị đeo cho chăm sóc neurodivergent.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm, thành thạo Next.js, AWS, hiểu biết API, data pipeline và compliance SaMD. Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kỹ năng tiếng Anh tốt, lãnh đạo đội ngũ từ xa, và am hiểu tiêu chuẩn HIPAA, FDA/TGA cho ứng dụng sức khỏe.

Project Description: Wearable-Based Stress Measurement for Neurodivergent Care.
Your Responsibilities:
- Vendor oversight and coordination: Lead daily standups with AstraOps (India-based offshore development team). Review pull requests, test coverage, and architectural decisions.
- Quality gatekeeping: Validate release milestones prior to UAT. Identify and flag technical debt or compliance gaps early.
- Testing and validation strategy: Ensure UAT and testing protocols support future TGA/FDA SaMD submissions. Maintain regulatory-grade documentation and traceability matrices.
- Architecture review: Assess technology stack choices (Next.js, AWS). Validate data pipelines and API design for scalability and HIPAA/data residency compliance.
- Risk mitigation: Proactively identify common offshore vendor risks such as staff churn, insufficient test coverage, and unmet implicit requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Duration: 3.5–4 months.
- Type: Remote (with Waka Monitor installed).
- Availability: Part-time, flexible arrangement (~16–24 hrs/week).
- Start: ASAP.
- Good command of English, especially in speaking and listening, to communicate effectively with international clients.
