Technical Documentation Specialist
Vị trí thuộc Luna Base AI, làm việc remote từ Việt Nam với lịch trình linh hoạt. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng, duy trì tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng Luna Studio và Luna Autopilot, sản xuất video tutorial, phối hợp chặt chẽ cùng các nhóm sản phẩm - kỹ thuật. Đây là môi trường nhanh, hợp tác, có cơ hội ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm của hàng nghìn người dùng.
Yêu cầu nền tảng kỹ thuật/phát triển phần mềm, kinh nghiệm xây dựng tài liệu kỹ thuật, sản xuất video hướng dẫn. Thành thạo AI tools, Notion, GitBook, Confluence và tư duy logic là lợi thế. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kỹ năng thiết kế cơ bản, hiểu biết về nền tảng tự động hóa hoặc no-code/low-code.

Overview
We are seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist with a strong technical or developer background to create clear, structured, and high-quality learning materials for our core products: Luna Autopilot and Luna Studio. This role involves building comprehensive online documentation and producing video tutorials to support users in understanding and maximizing our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation (Online)
- Develop and maintain detailed, user-friendly documentation for Luna Studio.
- Produce feature explanations, step-by-step guides, workflow tutorials, and troubleshooting content.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Video Guides
- Create clear, structured tutorial videos for Luna Autopilot and Luna Studio.
- Plan scripts, record product walkthroughs, and produce instructional video content.
- Use AI tools to support clarity, structure, and final production.
Technical Understanding
- Quickly learn and understand product features, architecture, and workflows.
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, visual explanations.
- Identify documentation gaps and propose improvements.
Collaboration
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to gather information and validate documentation accuracy.
- Provide user-focused feedback to improve product usability and onboarding experiences.
Requirements
- Strong technical background, preferably with experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience creating technical documentation or instructional content.
- Ability to produce tutorial videos (screen recording, editing, structuring content).
- Strong logical thinking and ability to clearly break down complex concepts.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support writing, editing, and content creation.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with automation tools, no-code/low-code systems, or developer platforms.
- Familiarity with documentation tools (Notion, GitBook, Confluence, etc.).
- Basic design or multimedia editing skills (e.g., simple animations, visuals).
