Description
Here at Ailytics, we’re building AI solutions to envision a safer world. By combining computer vision and predictive analytics, we enable organizations to proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and ultimately save lives. Our platforms are currently deployed all over the world, covering more than 500 million square meters!
Our Talent and Branding team is responsible for both recruitment and employer branding initiatives. You’ll be supporting recruitment efforts for our Singapore HQ, international offices in Indonesia and Hong Kong, as well as remote hires in APAC.
Our ideal is finding someone with both recruitment and employer branding experience, but we recognize that this might be a rare combination. We're open to considering candidates with expertise in one of these areas, as long as there is also genuine interest in the other.
What You Will Be Doing
You’ll have a front row seat and a direct impact to the continued growth of Ailytics. You’ll be involved in end-to-end recruitment for technical, business, and operational positions across APAC.
Work closely with Senior Management and the rest of the Talent and Branding team to formulate employer branding content and strategy.
Develop relationships with universities, bootcamps, and other educational institutions to create a pipeline of early career talent.
Assist with external marketing initiatives, which can include attending exhibitions, crafting of marketing materials, and branding redesigns.
Construct initiatives to enhance our internal employee engagement. Our company is still in a nascent stage in this area.
Ideal Requirements
- Any sort of prior recruitment experience. We’re open to those with experience in recruitment agency or in-house backgrounds. Prior experience in a general HR role that included recruitment would also be considered.
- Great writing ability. Whether it's job descriptions or LinkedIn content, we want somebody that genuinely knows how to write, not just prompt a LLM.
- Comfort working with limited resources and direction. This will be a true startup experience with less tools, less gameplans, but more freedom.
- Any sort of past design experience would be a nice-to-have. We’re not looking for a designer, just that some aptitude in this area would be nice.
- Past web building experience would also be a nice-to-have. Experience with platforms such as WordPress or Webflow would be desired.
- Good communication skills, patience, and a sense of pride in your work.
