Student Success & Recruitment Specialist
Vị trí này thuộc Amerigo Education, làm việc tại TP.HCM (remote), chuyên quản lý tuyển sinh và hỗ trợ trải nghiệm học sinh cho các chương trình trung học quốc tế. Nhiệm vụ chính gồm đạt chỉ tiêu tuyển sinh, hỗ trợ mạng lưới đại lý, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định, tổ chức định hướng trước du học, theo dõi các vấn đề học sinh, gắn kết phụ huynh và tái tuyển sinh. Ứng viên được hưởng môi trường làm việc quốc tế, có cơ hội tham gia các hoạt động kết nối và phát triển cá nhân.
Yêu cầu đối với vị trí này là tốt nghiệp Đại học, ưu tiên tại Mỹ/Canada, có 4-5 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan giáo dục quốc tế, thành thạo tiếng Anh – tiếng Việt, am hiểu công nghệ (ưu tiên Salesforce) và kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc trong môi trường đa văn hóa. Ưu tiên từng có trải nghiệm du học hoặc kinh nghiệm sales & marketing.

Job Overview
The Student Success & Recruitment Specialist is a hybrid role that combines student success management with recruitment responsibilities, focusing on the Vietnam region. The specialist will work closely with Amerigo's sales, operations, and academic teams to ensure a cohesive student experience aligned with the company's mission.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Recruitment, the Specialist will drive enrollment targets, provide support for recruited students, and ensure compliance with Vietnamese and U.S. regulations. The role involves maintaining the quality of student recruitment, handling essential post-sales support tasks, and collaborating with campus teams to enhance the student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Enrollment
- Deliver enrollment targets for Amerigo high school programs.
- Support agent network in promoting programs in the U.S., UK, and Canada.
- Provide customer service support to agents through various channels.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Attend student fairs and recruitment events.
- Translate school information into Vietnamese based on market needs.
- Support agency partners and families with inquiries.
Student Experience & Success
- Develop and deliver pre-departure orientations.
- Collaborate with campus teams, parents, and partners to resolve student issues.
- Maintain proactive communication with Amerigo families.
- Support parent engagement programming.
- Lead parent-teacher conferences and collaborate on engagement events.
- Track student concerns and provide post-sales support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
