RyeAgency, a dynamic branding and digital consultancy based in Ho Chi Minh City, is hiring a part-time remote content strategist with a flair for storytelling and a passion for sustainable agriculture. This role offers the opportunity to craft strategic content and video campaigns that drive brand growth for startups, SMEs, and CPG clients, particularly in the agricultural sector. Working 25–30 hours per week, you will take ownership of scriptwriting, end-to-end video production, and output quality. Although primarily remote, you'll collaborate closely with teams in Vietnam and the UK, helping to shape campaigns that resonate globally. This position offers flexible hours, creative freedom, and the chance to make a meaningful ESG-oriented impact in the agricultural space.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in scriptwriting, content strategy, and video production coordination. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain a consistent brand tone across various formats including social media, newsletters, and long-form content. Preferred applicants will have basic video editing and visual design skills, plus a bonus for TikTok/Reels expertise. Familiarity with SEO and data-driven content optimization is a strong plus. A creative mindset, paired with a collaborative approach and attention to detail, will help you thrive in this fast-paced and impact-driven environment.

About the job

We are seeking a proactive Strategic Creative Content to lead the creation of engaging strategic content direction, strategic planning and manage end-to-end video production processes. You’ll craft compelling scripts, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure high-quality outputs that align with our clients’ brand voices. Bonus points if you can jump into TikTok editing.

Besides, Rye also looks for a partner who is interested in Sustainable development in Agriculture and ready to deep dive in aspects of agriculture. Have a heart for Viet Nam agriculture products and make meaningful impact to bring ESG closer to the audience.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy and Coordinating

    1. Ideate, write, and refine scripts for branding campaigns, onboarding videos, and employer branding materials.
    2. Take an ownership of the whole editing/producing process to generate creative and high-quality outputs, which can be measured by sales & other key metrics
  2. Video Production Coordination

    1. Manage the entire video production workflow: pre-production (storyboarding, casting), production (scheduling shoots), and post-production (editing, feedback rounds)
    2. Collaborate with internal teams and clients
  3. Quality Control

    1. Oversee final outputs to ensure videos meet brand standards, technical specs, and storytelling goals.
  4. Tiktok Content Creation (Nice-to-Have)

    1. Edit short-form videos for TikTok/Reels to deliver branding campaigns

About You

  • Proven experience in scriptwriting, video production coordination, or content management.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • You have a sense of branding and know how to keep a consistent tone of voice in your writing.
  • You can write for multiple channels (long-form, newsletters, social media, etc.).
  • You can determine customer needs and translate them to content ideas.
  • You can create basic visuals and have basic knowledge of video editing (bonus for TikTok-specific skills).
  • You know how to optimize your writing for SEO.
  • You're data-driven and know how to identify success metrics.
  • You know when to ask for feedback, and you can implement it well.
