Bạn chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng chiến lược số cho khách hàng, quản lý dự án đa ngành, phối hợp cùng các bộ phận nội bộ để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng dự án, đồng thời phát triển các chiến dịch truyền thông sáng tạo, chào thầu và thúc đẩy cơ hội kinh doanh mới. Mức đãi ngộ hấp dẫn và môi trường làm việc quốc tế, chuyên nghiệp.
Yêu cầu 4-6 năm kinh nghiệm tại agency digital/creative/media, thành thạo tiếng Anh, hiểu biết sâu về media planning, quản lý dự án, truyền thông số và kỹ năng trình bày tốt. Ứng viên có đam mê sáng tạo, khả năng đa nhiệm, chủ động và mindset phát triển sẽ phù hợp.

Role Overview
The Strategic Account Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of integrated digital and creative initiatives by owning key client relationships and leading complex, multidisciplinary projects end to end. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, project management, and client leadership, translating business objectives into impactful digital, creative, media, and technology solutions that deliver measurable results. As a strategic partner to clients, the Strategic Account Manager leads project execution, campaign quality, and commercial outcomes while collaborating closely with internal creative, media, data, tech, and strategy teams. The role also contributes strongly to business growth through pitch leadership, RFP development, and proactive identification of new opportunities. With a strong grasp of digital ecosystems, a sharp strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills, the Strategic Account Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and above client expectations, while helping shape innovative, forward-thinking solutions for the agency and its clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Develop digital strategy that meets and exceeds the client's objectives
- Lead project management, ideation, production and execution
- Collaborate with media, creative, data, and tech departments
- Manage timelines, budgeting and workflows for optimal delivery
- Set the pacing for projects and rally a multidisciplinary team to deliver on time and on budget
- Quality control campaigns, pitch proposals, creative, media and technology outputs
- Manage integrated campaigns involving creative productions, digital media, social media content, and web development is required
- Develop costing and innovating new project management processes is a plus
- Client management
- Build and own end-to-end client relationships
- Organize daily-weekly-monthly-quarterly meetings
- Lead pitch, project, and reporting presentations
- Develop an overall strategy for integrated marketing projects
- Develop effective and visual presentations and reporting
- Develop effective and meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders
- Manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction and project success
- Identify business opportunities with existing and new clients, monitor and develop new services for the agency in collaboration with our team
- Leading Business Development, RFPs & Pitch Development
- Lead pitch, project, and presentations
- Translate clients’ briefs into actionable tasks for the internal team
- Apply effective listening, verbal and written skills when in communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ask insightful questions in discovery briefing sessions and meetings to ensure that client’s requirements are clearly understood by all stakeholders
- Manage the development of creative, media and integrated pitch decks from start to finish
- Help develop brand and target audience research to support strategy, content development, and user journey mapping
- A keen eye and mind for creativity and strategy are key for success in this role
- Develop a budget and costing for pitches
- Engage with new business leads and partners in a timely and responsive manner
- Actively respond to new business leads either through virtual meetings, emails or in-person meetings to receive briefs and clarify requirements
- Digital & Creative Strategy
- Proactively develop recommendations and strategies in pitches and projects to win new work, solve a client’s problem or enhance ongoing campaigns
- Help develop local insights and research as part of the pitch deck development
- Give feedback and work collaboratively with our regional creative, digital media, SEO, UX UI, insights, strategy, and tech teams in stitching together amazing multidisciplinary solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in a digital/creative/media agency
- Excellent command of verbal and written English Language
- Experience with media planning, social media, web development, and creative production
- Passion for digital media, advertising, and integrated campaigns
- A keen eye and mind for visual presentation
- Strong understanding of digital media metrics and landscapes
- A strong sense of initiative and ability to anticipate opportunities and challenges
- Experience in project management
- Structured, data-driven and detail-oriented
- High standard of work ethic with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to multi-task and handle numerous projects simultaneously
- Great communication skills and the ability to translate complex requests into actionable briefs
