Software Engineer (NodeJS, HFT - Blockchain)
Vị trí này tuyển dụng bởi Manpower Vietnam, làm việc tại TP.HCM (Remote), hợp đồng toàn thời gian, tập trung phát triển hệ thống giao dịch tự động tần suất cao sử dụng Node.js, TypeScript, tích hợp với DEX/AMM trên Ethereum (EVM), Solana. Bạn sẽ tham gia tối ưu luồng giao dịch on-chain, mở rộng backend xử lý hàng nghìn giao dịch, phối hợp nhóm kỹ thuật và tài chính.
Yêu cầu: có bằng CNTT, 3-5 năm phát triển backend chuyên sâu Node.js, TypeScript. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng triển khai hệ thống blockchain/Web3 (đặc biệt EVM hoặc Solana) và kinh nghiệm với môi trường tần suất cao hoặc độ trễ rất thấp.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Backend/Web3 Engineer to join our trading infrastructure team. You will play a key role in developing and scaling our high-frequency trading (HFT) systems that handle complex order management, automated strategies, and on‑chain execution across Ethereum (EVM), Solana, and other ecosystems.
Key Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain trading engines for different order types and automated execution
- Integrate with multiple DEXs and AMMs across various blockchain networks
- Design and optimize on‑chain transaction flows with strict latency and reliability requirements
- Scale backend systems to handle thousands of trades daily with minimal downtime
- Collaborate closely with engineers and quants to implement systematic strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- 3–5 years in backend development with a strong Node.js and TypeScript background
- Prior experience in blockchain/Web3 development, with EVM or Solana preferred
- Experience in high‑frequency or low‑latency systems is highly preferred
