Social Media Marketing Intern
Glow Besties tuyển thực tập sinh Quản trị mạng xã hội (làm việc remote tại TP.HCM, hợp đồng thực tập 4 tháng, lương 3-4 triệu VNĐ/tháng). Bạn sẽ quản lý và vận hành các kênh TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads cho chiến dịch K-beauty, lập kế hoạch – soạn đăng bài, theo dõi, tương tác và cập nhật xu hướng mới.
Yêu cầu ứng viên sẵn sàng làm toàn thời gian, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm liên quan, thành thạo tiếng Anh, yêu thích K-beauty và mạng xã hội. Cần thái độ chủ động, hợp tác tốt và khả năng thích nghi môi trường startup năng động.
Ngoài kỹ năng chuyên môn, ứng viên sẽ được đào tạo bài bản, đồng thời phát triển tư duy làm việc và kỹ năng tổ chức – phù hợp người mong muốn phát triển nhanh trong lĩnh vực Digital Marketing.

Glow Besties is a Korean startup and the No.1 first-moving creator-powered K-beauty content platform and community in Vietnam. We connect Korean beauty brands with local content creators through TikTok campaigns, acting as a dynamic hub between brands and creators.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Intern to help run our official brand channels and support K-beauty marketing campaigns. This role will involve managing content creation and publishing, monitoring engagement, and staying on top of the latest social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage brand social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads)
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts (photos, videos, captions, hashtags)
- Monitor comments, DMs, and other engagement activities
- Research and report on trending TikTok, viral audio, and hashtags
- Support in recruiting and managing KOCs for K-beauty campaigns
Who We’re Looking For
- Available for full-time work (Monday to Friday, 7 hours/day)
- Prior experience in social media, digital campaigns is a plus
- Interest in K-beauty and familiarity with TikTok/social platforms
- Fluent in English
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate
