Yêu cầu nổi bật gồm thành thạo tiếng Anh, hiểu biết xu hướng mạng xã hội Mỹ, kinh nghiệm marketing trên nền tảng xã hội, tư duy sáng tạo, làm việc độc lập và ưu tiên ứng viên nhiều ý tưởng mới lạ. Có kiến thức về thiết kế đồ họa là lợi thế. Bạn sẽ được đào tạo dùng công nghệ AI và các công cụ hiện đại.

Role Description
Company Description: Hilltop Media is a leading provider of branding, strategy, and graphic design services, dedicated to creating impactful creatives. Hilltop Media owns a pet e-commerce brand. This role is for the pet brand.
This is a full-time remote role for a hybrid Social Media Manager & Content Creator. Hybrid, meaning you will be required to do both roles. This is a rare opportunity to completely drive the social media experience for an 8-figure pet product company that is revamping its online presence.
As Social Media Manager:
The responsibilities include managing and optimizing social media platforms, developing and implementing content strategies, managing influencer relationships, writing compelling captions, and analyzing metrics to improve performance. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency and driving audience growth through creative and data-driven strategies.
As Content Creator:
Use AI to generate a high volume of content (we will train you and provide the best tools). Create engaging and original content, whether in-video or other.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage and interact effectively with audiences
- Experience in analyzing social media metrics and improving strategies based on data insights
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of branding and graphic design is a plus
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Chronically online / doomscrolling behavior is encouraged
Requirements
- Must speak English fluently
- Must have a strong understanding of current and upcoming US trends on social media
