Social Media Manager
Woowind đang tuyển nhân sự phụ trách quản lý và phát triển mảng Social Media cho thương hiệu chuyên về công nghệ người tiêu dùng tại Việt Nam (làm việc từ xa, toàn thời gian). Vai trò này bao gồm dẫn dắt nhóm Social Media Specialists, xây dựng chiến lược nội dung đa nền tảng (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube/Shorts, LinkedIn...), triển khai chiến dịch influencer/affiliate/UGC, kiểm soát sáng tạo và đảm bảo hiệu suất kênh – đồng thời, phối hợp chi trả ngân sách, phân tích dữ liệu qua GA4, Levanta, Amazon Associates, Shopify Collabs...
Yêu cầu ứng tuyển gồm: 4–6 năm kinh nghiệm social/media (ít nhất 2 năm làm trưởng nhóm), tiếng Anh xuất sắc, am hiểu vận hành các công cụ affiliate, tracking, phân tích dữ liệu và thành thạo sản xuất video ngắn. Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm đa quốc gia, tố chất lãnh đạo, kỹ năng storytelling và tư duy số phát triển nội dung hiệu quả.

Job Scope
- People leadership: Manage, coach, and QA a team of 2 Social Media Specialists; set priorities, workflows, and quarterly OKRs.
- Strategy & roadmap: Build the channel strategy (IG, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, LinkedIn, X, Facebook), content pillars, voice, and a rolling 90-day calendar across countries.
- Creative pipeline: Brief, prioritize, and review assets with the Design team; ship short-form video/UGC and evergreen content franchises; maintain brand voice.
- Community & listening: Oversee publishing, moderation, and social care; run social listening to inform content and product.
- Influencer & UGC: Source, brief, and contract creators; manage rights/whitelisting; track performance and scale what works.
- Affiliate & KOC (ownership): Build and run the affiliate/KOC strategy and execution to drive tracked sales—set up programs and operations on Levanta, Amazon Associates, Shopify Collabs (links, payouts, creator onboarding, compliance).
- Paid social & growth: Partner with Performance Marketing on audiences, budgeting, creative testing, and ROAS.
- Analytics & reporting: Own channel dashboards (weekly/monthly); tie social to traffic, conversions, and revenue (UTMs/GA4/marketplace analytics).
- Governance & risk: Ensure FTC/ASA disclosure, UGC rights, brand safety, and crisis playbooks; maintain approval SLAs.
- Cross-functional: Coordinate with Country leads, CX, Product, and e-commerce to align launches and promotions.
- Budget management: Plan and control the social/creator/affiliate budget with clear return targets.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in social media; at least 2 years leading social programs or managing a small team (2+ ICs).
- Proven multi-country experience and comfort working 100% remote, full-time (8 hours/day).
- Excellent English (written & spoken); crisp copy and storytelling.
- Hands-on with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube/Shorts, LinkedIn; strong short-form video instincts.
- Influencer/UGC operations (briefs, contracts, usage rights/whitelisting) and affiliate/KOC know-how.
- Affiliate tooling: experience with Levanta (or similar), Amazon Associates, Shopify Collabs—tracking, onboarding, payouts.
- Paid social fundamentals (Meta/TikTok/YouTube Ads), experimentation, and budgeting.
- Analytics: GA4, UTM strategy, platform insights; ability to connect social to revenue.
- Tooling: Hootsuite/Sprout/Later (or similar), social listening, plus Canva/Adobe basics (nice to have).
