Vai trò này tập trung phát triển thương hiệu, mở rộng tệp khách hàng, xây dựng chiến lược nội dung, quản lý các kênh như LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube và thực hiện các chiến lược tiếp cận, chăm sóc khách hàng tiềm năng. Ứng viên sẽ tạo nội dung chuyên nghiệp, hỗ trợ email marketing và thúc đẩy các chiến dịch tăng trưởng thương hiệu.
Yêu cầu chính gồm: kinh nghiệm quản lý mạng xã hội & tạo lead, thành thạo tiếp cận qua LinkedIn, viết tiếng Anh tốt, sử dụng thành thạo công cụ email marketing, tổ chức công việc tốt và ưu tiên từng làm cho B2B SaaS, startup hoặc AI. Công ty ưu tiên ứng viên sáng tạo, chủ động, tư duy kết quả và khả năng đa nhiệm cao.

At Inovetix, we’re building next-generation AI + software platforms, and now we’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist to help scale our brand presence and drive real business growth.
Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist for a remote role, focused on boosting our online presence and generating quality leads. Responsibilities include developing and executing effective social media strategies, optimizing content for various platforms, engaging with audiences to enhance brand visibility, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The ideal candidate will also coordinate lead generation campaigns and align efforts with our overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and creating impactful social media campaigns.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Experience in Content Strategy development and implementation.
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools and familiarity with digital marketing trends.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in lead generation or working in a B2B environment is a plus.

- Comfortable managing multiple platforms at once
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Bonus: Experience with B2B SaaS, startups, or AI products
