About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and disciplined Social Media Intern who understands the power of storytelling and digital connection. You’ll work directly with our Founder and Creative Team to create content that builds awareness, educates users, and celebrates the artists and customers who make BeautyBell possible. This is a chance to grow your skills, express your creativity, and make a real impact in a growing beauty-tech startup.

What You’ll Do

Create & Inspire

• Develop and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Brainstorm fresh, engaging ideas that align with BeautyBell’s mission and visual identity

Engage & Build Community

• Manage daily activity on Instagram and TikTok
• Interact with followers through comments and messages
• Maintain a consistent, positive, and professional brand voice

Learn & Grow

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
• Share insights and help optimize content strategy

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Media, or related fields
• Highly passionate, creative, and disciplined
• Interested in social media, startups, and the beauty industry
• Familiar with Instagram & TikTok trends
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
