ServiceNow Business Analyst – Order Management / Data Migration

Vai trò tập trung vào quản lý dữ liệu, di chuyển dữ liệu (ETL), đảm bảo chất lượng quy trình và xây dựng tài liệu quy trình vận hành. Bạn sẽ đồng hành cùng đội ngũ đa quốc gia (Châu Âu, Ấn Độ, Việt Nam) với mô hình hợp đồng freelance.
Yêu cầu nền tảng CNTT, kinh nghiệm Business Analyst trong các dự án Quản lý Đơn hàng, ETL, ServiceNow và giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo. Ưu tiên nếu có kinh nghiệm sâu về mô hình dữ liệu ServiceNow, quản trị dữ liệu hoặc tích hợp hệ thống.

About this project
You will join an international technology team driving digital innovation in the travel-tech sector 🛫
Your main mission will be to support Order Management processes in ServiceNow, acting as the functional reference for data quality, migration, and process optimization. The team is distributed across Europe, India, and Vietnam, and you will work closely with SMEs, architects, and offshore developers.
The project includes:
- Supporting large-scale data migration projects (ETL) from external systems to ServiceNow
- Defining and validating functional mappings and migration strategies
- Ensuring data quality and consistency in key OM objects (accounts, products, CIs, contacts, contracts)
- Collaborating with an international team to implement functional requirements and best practices
