SEO Executive
AIxBlock, a cutting-edge AI development platform, is hiring a remote full-time professional to lead SEO initiatives from anywhere in Vietnam. This role reports to the Vice President of GTM and is ideal for candidates who are self-driven and thrive in fast-paced, flexible work environments. Core responsibilities include developing and executing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO auditing. You’ll collaborate with content creators, marketing, and web developers to improve search visibility and user engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an SEO role, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz is essential, as well as strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication is required. Reporting line: VP of GTM
Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies for enhanced website visibility and search engine ranking, encompassing keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building.
- Write and optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO best practices.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics such as keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies including link building and technical SEO audits.
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing team to ensure SEO goals are met.
- Manage and maintain SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for growth and recommend innovative strategies for increasing visibility.
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and gap analysis.
- Other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and the latest industry trends.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Desire to grow alongside a fast-growing company and team.
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and have good time management skills to well adapt to the remote environment.
