Môi trường làm việc quốc tế, giờ làm theo múi giờ Bỉ (CET), tham gia vận hành và phát triển hệ thống điện thoại đám mây cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp, xử lý sự cố call-flow, SIP, RTP, tối ưu hệ thống và phối hợp các nhóm kỹ thuật. Thu nhập tương xứng, cơ hội tiếp cận công nghệ và nền tảng VoIP tiên tiến.
Yêu cầu sở hữu 5-8 năm kinh nghiệm nền tảng VoIP, hiểu sâu về SIP, signaling, RTP/SRTP, codecs, NAT traversal và thành thạo tiếng Anh. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, Python hoặc vận hành trên nền tảng AWS.

Job Description:

Less friction, fewer surprises, and systems that just work — even under pressure. Our platform is used daily by professional customers, where call quality and stability are non-negotiable. To keep raising the bar, we’re looking for a Senior VoIP Engineer who combines deep telephony expertise with a pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset. Not someone to follow runbooks — someone who understands how voice systems behave in the real world and knows how to make them better.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve core components of our VoIP platform.
- Investigate complex SIP, RTP, and call-flow issues in production.
- Work hands-on with FreeSWITCH, SBCs, and routing components.
- Analyze signaling and media paths to identify root causes — not just symptoms.
- Improve monitoring, logging, and observability around voice quality and failures.
- Collaborate closely with backend, platform, and support teams to resolve customer-impacting issues.
- Proactively identify weaknesses in the platform and drive improvements in reliability, performance, and clarity.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years experience VoIP platforms such as FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, or similar.
- Deep understanding of SIP, call flows, headers, and signaling behavior.
- Solid knowledge of RTP / SRTP, codecs, NAT traversal, and media issues.
- Proven experience debugging live production voice systems.
- Ownership mindset: you take responsibility for systems, not just tasks.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical findings calmly and precisely.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with AudioCodes SBCs or similar.
- Familiarity with VoIP monitoring and quality metrics (MOS, jitter, packet loss).
- Experience running VoIP workloads in AWS or cloud environments.
- Python experience for automation, tooling, or operational improvements.
