As the product continues to grow, so does the need for clarity, consistency, and scale in how it is designed. This is where you come in.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer who can bring structure, precision, and consistency to a product used in real operational environments. You will work closely with product and engineering to shape interfaces that are clear, scalable, and built for daily use.

This role focuses on designing systems, not just screens.

What You Will Work On

• Designing UI/UX for complex B2B SaaS workflows
• Structuring information into clear, usable interfaces
• Building and evolving a scalable design system
• Creating reusable components and patterns
• Ensuring consistency across the product
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams

Your Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements and flows into high-quality UI
• Define and maintain design standards and components
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Review and improve existing product interfaces
• Support product decisions through clear design thinking

In the AI-first design approach at Wello, AI is part of how we design. We expect you to have masters on tools like:

• Figma AI
• Claude Design or similar tools
• Automated or agent-based design workflows

What We Are Looking For

• 6 to 10+ years in UI/UX design
• Experience with B2B software solutions
• Strong fundamentals in layout, hierarchy, and interaction
• Experience building or working with design systems
• Strong Figma skills
• Ability to work closely with product and engineering
