Job Summary

Vị trí thuộc công ty EL4 - Software Studio, làm việc full-time từ xa (khung giờ 2pm–11pm ICT) với mức lương lên đến 60 triệu VNĐ. Vai trò tập trung thiết kế hệ thống tự động kiểm thử, giám sát chất lượng suốt vòng đời phát triển, phối hợp cùng khách hàng và đội dự án để đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt chuẩn.

Yêu cầu ứng viên có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm kiểm thử phần mềm, thành thạo Python/Java, sử dụng tốt Selenium, Appium, Locust, Jenkins và hiểu biết các phương pháp kiểm thử ISEB/ISTQB/TMAP. Ưu tiên khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh và nắm rõ quy trình kiểm thử Agile.

Responsibilities

Help build and design a robust automation system.
Monitor every stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure the quality and timely finalization of products.
Predict the testing process and develop test strategies.
Attend internal client (partner) meetings and discuss the weekly situation with the project leadership team.
Work in cooperation with departments that support infrastructure, implementation, and ongoing improvements in our automation framework.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Strong English skills for analyzing technical documents.
Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
Experience with testing processes and methods such as ISEB / ISTQB / TMAP.
Familiarity with tools used in functional test automation such as Selenium (and maybe Appium, Locust & Jenkins).
Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Web Development tools, concepts, and methodologies.
Solid experience with Python or Java.
In-depth knowledge of the Agile Testing Process.
