Job Summary

Mindrift is seeking experienced C# developers to contribute remotely as part-time freelance collaborators on cutting-edge Generative AI initiatives. As part of the Mindrift platform, you'll partner with top tech innovators to enhance how AI models understand and respond to complex technical queries. This fully remote opportunity allows you to define flexible work hours and contribute from anywhere, helping to design AI training prompts, evaluate outputs, and correct model-generated coding responses. In return, you’ll gain exceptional exposure to the AI space while maintaining your current academic or professional commitments.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience with C#. Strong code review skills are required, and familiarity with AI or machine learning projects is a plus. You should have advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher), and the adaptability to shift between tasks and understand complex guidelines.

What You’ll Do Working with features on multiple platforms and cross services. Develop infrastructure for enhancing automation, scalability, performance and robustness of the platform. Assist in developing specifications and architecture design for application systems Prepare prototypes to evaluate technology choices for various applications and databases Track your own projects and clearly communicate status and risks in team meetings Monitor everyday activities of system and provide required support Perform code review, support co-workers and provide guideline to Customer Support, Sale Engineers and other teams. Consider scale and security implications of new features that you develop. What You Bring At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (specially .NET knowledge, NET Core) Strong on networking and deployment experience on HTTPS, DNS, TCPIP, TLS2, Docker, etc... Experience with CI/CD such as Github Action,TeamCity, AdvancedInstaller, Windows Service Installation, System Center Installer.. Experience with monitoring one of alerts system such as Grafana, Prometheus, NewRelic, OpsGenie, Splunk, SumoLogic,... Understanding of Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, run-time analysis, object-oriented design and code quality verification Demonstrate the design pattern, system design and the workflow of feature.
