Ứng viên sẽ thiết kế, phát triển ứng dụng full-stack sử dụng React.js, Node.js, Python, chủ động tích hợp AI API, đồng thời sử dụng các công cụ trợ lý AI hiện đại nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm. Làm việc trực tiếp với CEO/CTO Mỹ, hưởng mức lương cao, hỗ trợ chi phí công cụ AI, và tự do lựa chọn nơi làm việc.
Yêu cầu: trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm full-stack, thành thạo React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Python, Node.js, có kinh nghiệm với hệ cơ sở dữ liệu PostgreSQL, MongoDB, sử dụng thành thạo LLMs và OpenAI API, tiếng Anh lưu loát, sẵn sàng làm việc theo múi giờ Mỹ từ 3-5 giờ/ngày.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is ready to work directly with US tech companies. You will join a remote agile team, working on complex products ranging from SaaS platforms to AI-driven applications. This role is unique because we encourage and expect you to use AI tools. You won’t just be coding manually; you will be an "AI Pilot," using modern LLMs to accelerate your workflow while maintaining the high architectural standards expected by US clients.
What You Will Do
- Build & Ship: Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- AI Integration: Implement AI features into client products (e.g., integrating OpenAI APIs, RAG pipelines, or chatbots).
- AI-Native Workflow: Actively use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to 2x your coding speed for boilerplate and refactoring, allowing you to focus on complex logic and architecture.
- Direct Client Collaboration: Communicate directly with US founders and CTOs, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, and architectural reviews.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through rigorous reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical Skills:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Frontend: Expert in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
- Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Django).
- Database: Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- AI Proficiency: Experience using LLMs for coding and experience building AI features is a major plus.
- Professional Skills:
- English Fluency: Excellent verbal and written English.
- Remote Discipline: Proven ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
- US Time Zone Overlap: Willingness to overlap 3-5 hours with US business hours for synchronization.
