Venus Labs đang tuyển dụng vị trí kỹ sư blockchain cấp cao với vai trò thiết kế và phát triển smart contract cốt lõi cho giao thức DeFi trên BNB Smart Chain. Vị trí làm việc từ xa, tập trung vào xây dựng, kiểm thử, audit bảo mật và tối ưu mã nguồn các hợp đồng quan trọng cho hệ thống lending, thanh lý tài sản, oracle, đồng thời dẫn dắt đội ngũ kỹ thuật vươn tới chuẩn mực quốc tế.

Ứng viên cần có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển, trong đó ít nhất 3 năm sử dụng Solidity và từng tham gia triển khai sản phẩm thực tế xử lý dòng tiền lớn. Yêu cầu thành thạo kiểm thử audit, thiết kế module quản trị DeFi, thiên hướng bảo mật, khả năng tối ưu hiệu suất lẫn mở rộng hệ thống.

About the Role

Lead the design, security, and delivery of core protocol smart contracts. You’ll be hands-on in architecture and code, while also shaping engineering culture within the team.

Job Responsibilities

Architect and ship secure, audited smart contracts for governance, liquidity, and risk modules.
Drive testing, audits, and monitoring — invariants, fuzzing, dashboards, and runbooks.
Optimize for gas, modularity, and upgradeability.
Mentor engineers, enforce high code standards, and grow a world-class protocol team.
Represent the protocol with auditors, partners, and integrators.

Skills and Experience Required

5+ years engineering, 3+ years Solidity with mainnet protocols handling real TVL.
Expertise in lending, liquidation, oracle design, and upgrade patterns.
Proven track record in audits, fuzz/invariant testing, and secure deployments.
Security-first mindset with ability to balance speed and safety.
