Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng nội dung, nghiên cứu xu hướng vật liệu, quản lý đối tác hệ sinh thái, tối ưu truyền thông đa kênh và phối hợp trực tiếp cùng CEO/COO. Yêu cầu bắt buộc: kinh nghiệm với thị trường EU/Bắc Mỹ; thành thạo sáng tạo nội dung, hiểu biết các kênh digital, chủ động, thích thử nghiệm nhanh và làm việc linh hoạt không chính trị, tôn trọng sự độc lập. Cơ hội phát triển rộng mở thành Content Lead, Growth Product Manager hoặc Partnerships Manager trong tương lai.

The product is live. The mission is clear. Now we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate, based in Vietnam (or APAC), who thrives in ambiguity, acts fast, and turns ideas into impact. You’ll help us build and scale growth systems — across email, content, SEO, and partnerships — to bring our story, our suppliers, and our materials to the world. it’s full-stack growth. You’ll help shape our voice, define our funnels, and drive real traction. You’ve likely played across digital channels and worked close to product teams. You know how to test, learn, and move fast.
🌍 What You’ll Do
- 📝 Content & Researching
- Help shape Tocco’s voice — clear, creative, human
- Research on materials and manufacturing, creating reports that are both visually stunning and insightful
- Draft supplier and material spotlights, LinkedIn posts, short email sequences, and lightweight case studies
- Repurpose content across platforms with an eye on reach and consistency
- 🤝 Partnerships & Outreach
- Research potential ecosystem partners (e.g. design studios, sustainability orgs, material labs)
- Craft highly personalized outreach messages — no templates, no spam
- Manage outreach pipelines and drive follow-ups through to results
- 🔄 Potential Future Scope
