Vai trò tập trung xây dựng tính năng mới, đảm bảo đồng bộ dữ liệu offline-first, thực hiện review code và cộng tác cùng các nhóm thiết kế, backend trên nền tảng React Native, Expo, Zustand, React Query, SQLite với kiến trúc monorepo Turborepo.
Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm thực tế với React Native, Expo, hiểu rõ kiến trúc monorepo, các công nghệ quản lý trạng thái và dữ liệu cũng như tối ưu hiệu suất di động. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng triển khai giải pháp offline, bảo mật hoặc làm với ứng dụng lớn, nhiều người dùng.

Description
We are developing a cross-platform travel application that bridges mobile and web using React Native, Expo, and React Native Web. The project is structured as a Turborepo monorepo to ensure scalability and maintainability. The app integrates Zustand for state management, React Query for data handling, and SQLite for offline support — allowing users to access core features even without an internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new features using React Native and Expo.
- Work with architectural elements involving React Navigation, React Query, Zustand, and SQLite.
- Contribute to an offline-first architecture and ensure smooth data synchronization.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain clean, scalable code.
- Collaborate closely with the design and backend teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
Required Experience
- Proven experience with React Native (not just React web + wrapper).
- Hands-on experience with Expo for development and deployment.
- Knowledge of monorepo architecture (preferably Turborepo).
- Practical experience with Zustand (state management) and React Query (data fetching & caching).
- Experience integrating SQLite or similar local databases for offline mode.
- Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization and clean code principles.
Nice to Have
- Experience with offline-first solutions.
- Familiarity with authentication and security (Biometrics, AppAuth, Keychain).
- Experience working with maps and custom data visualization layers.
- Prior work on large-scale mobile applications with many active users.
