We are seeking a skilled QA professional to join our small software engineering team. This key role is essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems through rigorous testing and automation. You will wear multiple hats, including QA (40%), automation development (40%), and administrative tasks (20%). As we grow, the responsibilities of this position will be refined to focus more specifically on QA.

Responsibilities:

Technical Duties

• Conduct thorough QA testing on completed work and validate before release.
• Develop and maintain automation testing suites to ensure robust end-to-end testing.
• Monitor system functionality to ensure all systems remain operational.

Administrative Duties

• Perform rate mapping using the channel manager to align pricing strategies.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Address and resolve minor support tickets, contributing to day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in quality assurance, particularly in building and maintaining automated test suites.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jest, TypeScript, Playwright, and React.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus point: Familiarity with channel management and client onboarding processes.
