Are you an imaginative Senior Motion Graphics Animator ready to transform complex educational concepts into captivating visual learning experiences? Your Key Responsibilities:

As our Senior Animator, you will:

• Conceptualize: Collaborate with content teams to understand project objectives, define compelling visual styles, and translate educational concepts into clear, engaging designs.
• Animate & Produce: Lead the production of high-quality motion graphics and animations from storyboard to final delivery, ensuring brand alignment and educational efficacy.
• Edit & Optimize: Efficiently edit, refine, and optimize all video content to ensure polished, professional outputs are delivered on schedule.
• Innovate: Drive the creative direction for our video content, continuously seeking new and innovative ways to enhance the overall student learning experience.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Motion Graphic Animator in a professional capacity, ideally in a senior role.
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics and video editing tools, including:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
• Mindset: A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and a proactive, collaborative, and growth-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Experience working specifically on educational or e-learning projects.
• Proven track record creating explainer motion graphic videos.
• Familiarity with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender or C4D).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $650 - $850 USD/month (Negotiable based on expertise and portfolio).
