Senior Motion Graphic Animator
Croissant EdTech, a remote-first e-learning company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is seeking a full-time, experienced Senior Motion Graphic Animator to help bring engaging language prep content to life. As part of a collaborative and creative team focused on enhancing PTE (Pearson Test of English) learning experiences, you’ll craft high-quality motion graphics and animations that make education both enjoyable and effective. Working remotely from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Vietnam Time, you'll collaborate closely with content and animation teams to visualize ideas, animate designs, and refine video outputs. The ideal candidate will have proven professional experience in motion design, showcasing a strong portfolio and expertise in software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus. Strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and fluency in English are essential, along with a passion for collaborative work. Experience in educational or e-learning projects is highly desirable.

Your Impact:
- Visualize Ideas: Collaborate closely with our content creation and other animation team members to deeply understand project objectives, define compelling visual styles, and translate complex concepts into engaging designs.
- Animate and Create: Bring storyboards to life, producing high-quality motion graphics and animations that enhance the learning experience.
- Refine and Optimize: Edit and optimize video content to ensure polished, high-quality outputs delivered within established timelines.
