Vai trò này tập trung phát triển tính năng mới cho ứng dụng iOS/Android, dẫn dắt refactor mã nguồn và kiểm soát chất lượng code với các công cụ CI/CD, test tự động. Yêu cầu: Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình Swift/iOS hoặc Kotlin/Android, thành thạo các SDK, framework (UIKit, Jetpack, Xcode, Android Studio...), kiến thức MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture... Có kinh nghiệm testing, phân tích và tối ưu hiệu năng, tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt.

Responsibilities:

Develop new features for both existing and upcoming iOS and/or Android applications, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Designers to turn user stories and design mockups into functional, visually appealing app features.
Take ownership of key areas in the codebase and lead refactoring efforts to improve maintainability and app performance.
Review code from team members and provide constructive feedback to uphold high engineering standards.
Analyze and resolve performance issues using tools such as Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, LeakCanary, and others.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to maintain high code quality.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience building native iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin) applications.
Solid understanding of relevant SDKs and tools:
iOS: UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, SwiftData, Xcode
Android: Jetpack (Compose, ViewModel, Room, Navigation, etc.), Android Studio, Gradle
Proficiency in architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVC, VIPER, MVI, or Clean Architecture.
Experience with local databases (e.g., SQLite, Core Data, Room), including schema design and migrations.
Strong understanding of unit testing principles and experience with frameworks such as XCTest, Swift Testing, JUnit, Espresso, or MockK.
Skilled in performance analysis and debugging.
Ability to define and implement software development best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a larger team.
Proficiency in English is required.
