Công ty Edge8 tuyển dụng vị trí làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam với hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Vai trò này tập trung vào thiết kế, phát triển ứng dụng web Java, xây dựng hệ thống hiệu năng cao, đảm bảo chất lượng code, đóng góp kiến trúc cũng như đề xuất công nghệ mới. Ứng viên làm việc linh hoạt 8 tiếng/ngày (4 tiếng bắt buộc ban đêm), hưởng lương cạnh tranh, lương tháng 13, bảo hiểm đầy đủ, trợ cấp làm việc tại nhà và 12-20 ngày nghỉ phép/năm.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có kinh nghiệm Java Enterprise ít nhất 9 năm, thành thạo Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST API, 4+ năm front-end sử dụng JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, hiểu biết microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt và ưu tiên biết AI Agents, RAG, LLM. Kiến thức kiến trúc hệ thống web, DevOps và Agile/Scrum là điểm cộng lớn.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in designing scalable, high-performance systems
- Own the end-to-end development process, from design to production deployment
- Set and enforce architectural standards, ensuring adherence across the development team
- Solve complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions
- Lead root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
- Set and enforce high standards for code quality and system reliability
- Defines, implements, and enforces best practices for the team
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies for improved support
- Plan, prioritize, and estimate incoming work for the team
- Provide feedback to leadership on the team's abilities
Key Requirements:
- Working hours: 8 hours per day, including 4 flexible hours during the day and 4 fixed hours at night (8:00 PM–12:00 AM)
- Fluency in English, excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication
- 9+ years of professional Enterprise Java web application experience, framework experience: Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc
- 4+ years front-end development: modern JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React, etc
- 9+ years SQL and/or ORM development experience (preferably PostgreSQL)
- 9+ years developing microservices, message queues, and container orchestration
- AI development experience, including creating AI Agents, RAG, and use of LLM is a strong plus
- Infrastructure experience: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, etc
- Additional experience: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Maven, Git, etc
- Professional web application architecture experience, designing for capacity and scalability, is a strong plus
- Full stack web application development experience in a fast-paced environment
- Full lifecycle software development experience using Agile/Scrum
- REST API development experience
