Senior Graphic Designer - Remote
Vị trí này tại Talent Power Vietnam, làm việc từ xa, tập trung thiết kế hình ảnh và video sáng tạo phục vụ cho thị trường Mỹ và Châu Âu. Trách nhiệm gồm sử dụng AI trong Photoshop để dựng nền, tạo mockup sản phẩm, thiết kế banner, icon, listing, đồng thời phối hợp sáng tạo cùng các nhóm marketing và thiết kế, nhận mức lương cạnh tranh, nhiều cơ hội phát triển lâu dài.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế đồ họa, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm ngành nội thất hoặc liên quan. Kỹ năng bắt buộc: giỏi Photoshop, thiết kế mockup, icon, banner, chỉnh sửa video, xử lý ảnh sản phẩm, đọc hiểu tiếng Anh cơ bản và chịu được áp lực. Ưu tiên người có tư duy phát triển cùng công ty.

Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Vietnam (Remote)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize AI tools in Photoshop (or any AI software) to generate backgrounds aligning with the brand’s visual direction.
- Create product mockups by compositing lighting products into stock backgrounds using Photoshop skills (color, material, lighting, etc.) to produce realistic and polished images.
- Design product listings for customers in the U.S. and Europe.
- Create marketing visuals and videos for website, social media, email, and other marketing materials used in brand promotion campaigns.
- Research ideas, contribute creative concepts, and develop visual directions for each advertising campaign following brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, sales, and design teams to enhance key visuals and ensure the brand’s graphic elements match a premium market segment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Experience in interior/furniture industry or related design fields preferred.
- Strong skills in product mockups, icon design, banner design, and video editing.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and relevant design tools for compositing lighting products into stock backgrounds.
- Able to multitask and handle high workload pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Basic English reading comprehension to support work requirements.
- Long-term growth mindset and willingness to accompany the brand during its growth stage.
