A trusted IT recruitment platform in Vietnam, AnyWork is hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer to join one of its client teams remotely. This is a full-time role open to candidates based in Vietnam, ideally in Ho Chi Minh City due to occasional on-site meetings in District 2. You’ll be developing and maintaining robust web applications built on Python, React.js, and AWS, while leading best practice implementation and mentoring junior developers. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of 50–60M VND gross, along with full social insurance, bonuses, equipment support, 22 days of leave (after 5 years), and paid certifications/training opportunities.

Candidates should have a proven track record of at least 4+ years in Python development and experience developing front-end features with React.js and TypeScript. Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer with experience in Python, React, and AWS to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications while ensuring robust cloud infrastructure. You will also play a key role in leading best practices and mentoring teammates.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize backend services with Python, following best practices.
Build scalable front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript.
Design, implement, and maintain APIs (GraphQL and REST) with efficiency and scalability in mind.
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.).
Deploy and orchestrate services using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure system reliability through automated testing (unit, integration, system).
Improve DevOps workflows, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
Lead or mentor developers, setting high engineering standards and sharing best practices.

Requirements:

At least 4+ years of experience in Python development.
Expertise in React.js and TypeScript for front-end development.
Proven experience working with PostgreSQL, building scalable APIs (GraphQL/REST)
Hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Based in Ho Chi Minh City for the team to collaborate efficiently.

Nice to Have:

Experience building mapping and spatial applications such as with ArcGIS.
Experience with the Tornado web server in Python.
Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.) and infrastructure as code.
