Senior Fullstack JavaScript Engineer
AnyWork is hiring a Senior Fullstack JavaScript Engineer for a remote, full-time role based in Vietnam. This position is ideal for experienced engineers passionate about AI-native development using Node.js with React.js or Vue.js. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-performance applications integrated with AI. The compensation is highly competitive, offering up to 70 million VND monthly (gross), along with a benefits package that includes full social insurance, performance and annual bonuses, equipment support, and generous leave policies. The company embraces a remote-first culture, though local offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are also available.
Candidates must have at least 7+ years of experience in fullstack or AI engineering with demonstrated expertise in TypeScript, MongoDB/Supabase, REST/RPC APIs, and designing systems following clean or hexagonal architecture and SOLID principles. Strong knowledge of the AI ecosystem—including LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, and prompt engineering—is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and experience with test coverage (>80%) are expected. Fluent English and strong cross-functional communication skills are required, as interviews and collaboration are conducted globally.

Job Description
As a Fullstack JS Engineer (AI-Native), you’ll drive the creation of scalable, AI-powered solutions to revolutionize our tech landscape, enhancing efficiency, innovation, and user satisfaction. Collaborating with data scientists, product managers, designers, and DevOps teams, you’ll build robust systems with seamless AI integration, setting new standards for reliability and excellence. We are looking for a high-quality, architecture-minded engineer who combines strong technical fundamentals with the smart use of AI tools, a focus on system reliability, and a deeply collaborative mindset. They take ownership of code quality and system stability, always striving to level up both their own work and their team’s performance.
KEY OUTCOMES:
- Deliver High-Quality Code: Consistently submit well-documented, maintainable code with high test coverage (>80%) through PRs, following team standards and best practices.
- Apply Strong Fundamentals: Design and build features applying solid software architecture (e.g., SOLID, clean architecture), efficient database design, and API best practices.
- Leverage AI Tools Effectively: Use AI coding assistants to speed up development (e.g., boilerplate, test writing, debugging) without sacrificing code quality. Share effective prompts and techniques.
- Contribute to System Stability: Maintain production rollback rates below 2% by enforcing thorough testing, leveraging CI/CD, and following DevOps best practices.
- Engage in Collaborative Development: Actively join code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and respond positively to feedback to boost team velocity and knowledge sharing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 7+ years as a Fullstack Engineer, AI Specialist, or similar, with a strong track record of deploying scalable, AI-integrated applications.
- Frontend & Backend Skills: Proficient in VueJS/React and NodeJS (TypeScript), with experience building modular, reusable, and resilient microservices.
- Database & Architecture: Skilled in MongoDB/Supabase, REST/RPC, and designing systems aligned with Clean/Hexagonal architecture, SOLID principles, ACID compliance, and idempotency.
- AI Expertise: Experienced in AI ecosystems like LangChain and LlamaIndex, with hands-on skills in prompt engineering, RAG, and curiosity about specialized hardware like Groq.
- Quality Commitment: Dedicated to high testing standards, secure coding, and detailed documentation for AI pipelines to ensure reliable performance.
- Communication: Strong communicator, adept at collaborating with Agile teams and connecting product, UX, data science, and engineering to drive AI initiatives.
- Cloud & DevOps: Knowledgeable in AWS/GCP, serverless/PaaS solutions, and Kubernetes deployments, with a focus on MLOps and AI model lifecycle best practices.
- Versatility: Comfortable working independently or collaboratively, pushing projects from concept to production while inspiring your team.
