What You'll Do
Product & Frontend
- Design and implement frontend architecture for new products and services.
- Refactor and modernize existing codebases to improve performance and maintainability.
- Build user-centric interfaces in collaboration with the UX/UI design team.
- Apply modern frontend patterns (SPA/SSR with Next.js, code-splitting, lazy loading, virtualized lists).
- Stay updated on relevant frontend trends to enhance product quality.
- Ensure responsive design, web standards, and accessibility are prioritized.
Platform & Backend
- Architect and develop backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Design relational database schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and optimize SQL performance.
- Build and maintain asynchronous messaging and caching with Redis and RabbitMQ.
- Create, document, and deploy RESTful and GraphQL APIs; work closely with frontend and AI teams.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, ensure reliability, and uphold high code quality.
- Deploy continuously in Docker-based environments; contribute to CI/CD pipelines and versioning.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional server-side development experience with Python-based web services.
- Experience in designing or refactoring large-scale frontend architectures.
- Proficiency in React.js and Next.js (SPA/SSR) and TypeScript.
- Practical knowledge of state management tools, real-time data delivery, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Docker, REST, GraphQL, responsive UI, and web accessibility.
- Excellent collaboration skills and familiarity with Git-based workflows.
