Công ty ParcelHero tuyển vị trí kỹ sư Front-end (React) làm việc từ xa cho thị trường Việt Nam, hợp đồng permanent/contractor với mức thu nhập ₫550,000,000 - ₫750,000,000/năm. Vai trò chủ chốt là thiết kế, phát triển và tối ưu hóa các ứng dụng front-end quy mô lớn, hướng đến trải nghiệm người dùng xuất sắc và hiệu suất tối đa, phối hợp chặt chẽ cùng thiết kế, sản phẩm và backend. Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt từ 9h đến 17h30 (GMT), nghĩ 15 ngày/năm.

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm 8+ năm phát triển front-end (ít nhất 5 năm React), thành thạo JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS, accessibility, responsive design, kiểm thử lập trình; ưu tiên tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành CNTT. Overall Purpose of Role

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer specialising in React with 5+ years of professional experience. You will take ownership of designing and delivering scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end applications. Beyond coding, you’ll set best practices, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with design, product, and back-end teams to deliver seamless experiences

Skills and Competencies - Must haves

Expert in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Deep expertise with React (hooks, context, state management, component architecture, performance optimisation).
Strong knowledge of CSS and responsive design principles.
Proficient in accessibility (WCAG standards) and cross-browser compatibility.
Testing experience: unit, integration, and end-to-end.

Optional positives

Experience with Mantine UI library.
Experience with Zustand for state management.
Familiarity with React Query and Axios.

Qualifications and Experience

8+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 5 years focused on React in large-scale applications.
Track record of building and deploying production-grade React applications.
Experience mentoring developers and contributing to engineering culture.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).

9am to 5:30pm Mon-Fri (GMT).

15 days holiday per year.

You work as a contractor and are responsible for your own tax.

You need a min 20 MB broadband line, and your own PC/Laptop and headset.
