Senior DevOps Engineer
PineConnector, a remote-first fintech SaaS company headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Vietnam. This is a full-time, remote opportunity to lead and enhance the company's Azure-based cloud infrastructure that powers high-frequency, low-latency trading automation between TradingView and MetaTrader 4/5. Core responsibilities include optimizing cloud infrastructure for cost and performance, developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, implementing security and disaster recovery measures, and contributing to backend/frontend features as needed. The role offers the chance to shape critical infrastructure used by traders in 120+ countries, with direct impact on the speed, reliability, and scalability of live trading signals.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in DevOps or software engineering, with proven expertise in Microsoft Azure, including provisioning, scaling, networking, and cost management. Proficiency in containerization, orchestration, CI/CD automation, and cloud security is essential. Experience with multi-region deployments and performance optimization is highly valued. Familiarity with Next.js (React), .NET 8, C#, SignalR/WebSockets, and MS SQL is important for cross-functional collaboration. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment are critical.

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will own our Azure-based infrastructure while also contributing to full-stack development when needed. This hybrid role is DevOps-focused, but you’ll also work on new features and system improvements that directly impact trading performance worldwide.
You’ll play a key role in reducing latency, optimizing cost, improving reliability, and ensuring security for a platform operating in multiple regions. You’ll work closely with engineering leads, mentor developers on DevOps best practices, and make infrastructure decisions that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure for speed, cost-efficiency, and high availability.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments.
- Drive initiatives to reduce latency, increase system reliability, and control operational costs.
- Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to deliver performance-focused features.
- Guide the team on DevOps best practices, infrastructure design, and scaling strategies.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including compliance, secret management, and system hardening.
- Plan and manage disaster recovery, failover, and multi-region deployment strategies.
- Contribute to full-stack development when DevOps workload is light.
- Troubleshoot production issues and proactively prevent future incidents.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, software engineering, or hybrid roles.
- Very proficient in Microsoft Azure — including infrastructure provisioning, networking, scaling, and cost optimization.
- Strong background in containerization, orchestration, and cloud security.
- Experience with multi-region deployments and global scaling strategies.
- Skilled in CI/CD automation, monitoring, load testing, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with:
- Frontend: Next.js 20 (React)
- Backend (API/FA): .NET 8.0
- DLL: C#
- EA: MQL4/5 (similar to C language)
- Other Tech: WebSocket (SignalR), MS SQL
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
