Bạn sẽ thiết kế hệ thống hạ tầng trên Google Cloud Platform cùng Terraform, xây dựng pipeline CI/CD với Jenkins, triển khai Docker, duy trì workflow Airflow, xử lý sự cố và cùng hợp tác cải thiện vòng đời phần mềm. Working Model:
Remote or working onsite/hybrid in Bestarion office
Work onsite in the USA for up to one year. All related expenses for travel, accommodation, and visa will be fully covered by the company
Working Time:
Once you begin working directly with US clients, your working hours will shift to a split-shift schedule:
- 09:30 AM – 04:00 PM, 09:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 1-hour daily stand-up Tuesday–Friday, likely from 9 PM to 10 PM VNT
Expectation to travel to the USA: 1–4 trips/year (each lasting 1–2 weeks)
Maintenance Work Hours: Work USA hours for 3 days every 3 months to perform maintenance on key production systems
About the Project:
We're looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, automating our CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software development and systems engineering, with a focus on GCP and automation tools, and a strong sense of ownership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Terraform (IaC)
- Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy scripts
- Manage core GCP services: Compute Engine, Managed Instance Groups (MIG), Disk Snapshots, Storage, and Artifact Registry
- Containerize applications using Docker for consistency across environments
- Collaborate with development teams to improve the full software lifecycle
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code, monitoring, and logging solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, participate in on-call rotation, perform RCA, and key maintenance activities quarterly
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer / SRE
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Terraform
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins (Groovy scripting, masters, agents)
- Expertise in GCP services (Compute Engine, MIG, Disk Snapshots, Storage, Artifact Registry)
- Strong experience with Docker and containerization principles
- Familiar with Airflow for workflow orchestration
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix, networking, and security principles
- Proactive, “can-do” attitude and sense of ownership
