Yêu cầu gồm kinh nghiệm trên 3 năm trong lĩnh vực quảng cáo di động hoặc phát triển kinh doanh game, quan hệ tốt với cộng đồng nhà phát triển Việt Nam, hiểu biết sâu về UA, mô hình kiếm tiền ứng dụng; Thành thạo tiếng Việt, tiếng Anh, biết tiếng Trung là ưu thế.

As we expand our presence in Vietnam, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to help strengthen partnerships, accelerate market penetration, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships with local game studios, app developers, and publishers. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, managing end-to-end partner relationships, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive new business acquisition and establish long-term partnerships with game studios, app publishers, and mobile developers in Vietnam.
2. Manage the full BD cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and account growth.
3. Understand clients’ UA and monetization needs and provide tailored solutions through BIGO Ads’ product offerings.
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to deliver optimized results for clients.
6. Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and client feedback to uncover new business opportunities.
7. Represent BIGO Ads at local industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in mobile advertising, ad networks, UA, monetization, or gaming-related business development.
2. Strong network and relationships within the local developer and publisher ecosystem.
3. Deep understanding of UA strategies, ad monetization models, and mobile industry dynamics.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Language Requirements

1. Fluent in Vietnamese and English
2. Chinese proficiency is a strong plus
3. Willingness to take short business trips as needed.
4. Self-driven, proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
